We have many years experience of fixing WordPress websites that have gone badly wrong, either through becoming old and out of date or having been poorly built in the first place. Problem websites will be fully assessed and we will present your with a plan of remedial works. From emergency priority requirements, followed by “quick fixes” through to longer term development solutions.

We also support websites that aren’t problematic. If for any reason you simply need to find a new developer to provide ongoing support for your site or extend its functionality further, we can provide either ad hoc or ongoing design and development support for your site.
We offer a fully managed support and/or hosting service
We offer a fixed fee Update, Backup and Security service for WordPress websites. We automatically offer this service to our clients, for whom we have built the site, but we can also provide this service for websites created by third parties too. In the case of third party developed sites we will complete a full audit of your site first to identify maintenance, security and performance requirements, followed by recommendations for a programme of remedial work if required before implementing a regime of scheduled backups and WordPress core, plugin and theme updates.
We offer tailor made support contracts
We can offer flexible maintenance and support contracts, tailored to the needs of your individual site. These can include development hours as well as scheduled regular site maintenance tasks. For businesses with a fixed annual website budget we can offer annual contracts that include website development hours as an “add on” to site Updates and Backup service. These are ideal if your organisation has a fixed website budget but unknown maintenance and development needs. Call off your hours as you need them, use them for unexpected maintenance, use them to build a section onto your site. The choice is yours.
