We developed a new website for NHS Resolution. This project involved amalgamating the content and purpose of the old NHS Litigation Authority, the National Clinical Assessment Service, the Family Health Services Appeal Unit and the Safety and Learning Service websites into one new site, under the fresh identity of NHS Resolution.

After discussion with the Communications team we made the decision that they didn’t need (or want) to have endless design options. In fact, they only wanted to spend time providing the most important and interesting content that they needed to disseminate to newsletter readers.
The project included not just the main Trust website but also needed to support ten “micro sites” – sites that the Trust builds and hosts for its other initiatives from within the main website. This required many different types of content plus custom user roles and capabilities for the site’s many types of editors.

Coastshare is a not-for-profit organisation established by North Norfolk District Council. The site needed to be able to support multiple authors and restrict the Members’ Area access to approved logged-in users.
